How long will my order take to arrive?

Well, that depends... have you been nice to your postie? Kidding! It’s all about where you’re located. Here’s a rough idea: Australia: 2-4 business days New Zealand: 3-4 business days

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all Australian orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee applies.

Will you ship to me internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia and to New Zealand. International shipping options may be available in the future. Stay up to date with us on Instagram @ciroabeauty to hear about it first!

When will you ship my order?

If you place your order before 12 pm (AEST) on a weekday, it’ll be packed to you on the same day. (This excludes public holidays!)

Where does Ciroa ship orders from?

All orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

What will my order arrive in?

One of our eco-friendly shippers: A box that is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, printed with water-soluble ink! Nice.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We absolutely do.

Where do I get Ciroa in the US?

You can find us stocked in US stores such as TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Marshalls.

Do you offer click and collect?
